About the Conference

Since 2015, the Zambian Insurance Conference has been a key industry event, bringing together professionals, regulators, government representatives, and financial sector’ stakeholders. It provides a platform to discuss insurance issues, with expert-led sessions and interactive discussions encouraging exchange of ideas. The 2025 event also reflects on the 20 years since the establishment of the industry regulator, Pensions and Insurance Authority in Zambia. In view of this anniversary, regulators from across the COMESA region will be part of the Conference Program.

The event is brought to you by the Insurers Association of Zambia (IAZ), with support from the industry regulator the Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA), the Insurance Brokers Association of Zambia (IBAZ), and the Technical Advisory Group on Microinsurance (TAG).
